2) Unable to update the SCU BL with a new bootloader (Workaround - If that scenario happens, there will be a modified BLU that will allow 0.15RC1 -> 0.15RC2)
3) SCU must have calibration loaded to run, requires flashing a BLU (required for V0.15), APP and CAL

1) There is no backwards compatibility between the SCU BL V0.15 and SCU BL V0.14.
